Individual Private Training
All of our sessions are designed specifically for each athlete. No two athletes are the same, therefore, we have a completely bespoke approach which is athlete centred. Before the session we will have a phone or video call to chat through everything related to your goals, training and injury history. Following this, we will design a plan tailored to those goals, covering general, specific and speed related skills.
You can choose to book either a single session or a block of sessions which will be more cost effective.
Every session will be one to one with Michael. We can also accommodate smaller private group sessions if this is something you and a friend are interested in doing together. All ages and abilities are welcome!
We have a variety of equipment at our disposal to collect data and give a detailed analysis of your running technique and performance. This allows us to give detailed feedback and ensure we are doing everything we can to make you the best athlete you can be.
We are confident there is no one in Scotland who can provide a service like this.

Group Training
We regularly host sessions in a group environment, these groups are fun and competitive, allowing everyone involved to push themselves and improve. Each session has a maximum capacity of 10 participants to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.
Sessions are designed for kids aged 9-15, all abilities are welcome.
Sessions take place at:
Broughton High School every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm.
Dalkeith School Campus every Friday from 1-5pm.

Schools and Clubs
If you are a School or Club and are interested in our services, we can create bespoke training programs that complement team training and help to develop promising talent.
Each session is designed specifically with the goals and needs of the team, club or school in mind. We work with all ages, from grassroots to international level.

Acceleration
Learn how to increase your horizontal force production and explosive strength which contributes to and improves your initial acceleration.
Maximum velocity
Learn and develop the postures and reflexes required to sprint efficiently at top end speed.
Change of Direction
Improve your ability to decelerate and rapidly reaccelerate from a range of directions and positions.
Rehabilitation
Post injury or returning to play after a lengthy break requires careful progression. We can help accelerate your return to sport and increase your overall performance potential, making you a better athlete than you were before getting injured.
Speed Endurance and Conditioning
Improve your running efficiency by learning how to achieve and maintain appropriate postures and positions. This session will also improve your overall endurance to ensure you are the fittest and fastest you can possibly be!
