We are predominantly based in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, however, we use various facilities which allow for our 1 to 1 services to be more accessible across Scotland.

The venues we use for 1 to 1 sessions are as follows:

Meadowbank Sports Centre, Edinburgh

Dalkeith School Campus, Dalkeith

Grangemouth Sports Stadium, Falkirk

Pitreavie Athletics Centre, Fife

If you are a School or Club, we can travel to whichever facility you regularly use.

Our group sessions are currently held at:

Broughton High School  every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm. This session is held INDOORS within the School Gym Hall to avoid the unpredictable Scottish Weather!

Dalkeith School Campus every Friday at 2pm and 4pm. The 2pm session is held on the grass pitches outside. The 4pm Session is held indoors in the school sports hall.
